He aint heavy

 Training. 5 miles MTB road sprint training.
 5 miles MTB road, steady pace. Good effort noticed in lower gears, 5,6,7  and big ring most of time.
1.5 mile load carry not timed round Worzel Wood.
Sore left knee.
