Step it up

Time to get serious about it all, at least one day a week, so

5 miles in on R100 fast pace in rain

5miles back again as above

5 miles in again 45 minutes later fast pace

spinning training 1 hour ten minutes

5 miles back again fast pace

Sore arse, cramp, sore left knee!!! Oh no not again!  Av bpm 128 max bpm 154 calories used 1364
