That was the week that was
Today
2x 5 mile rides very fast, no idea of speed etc thanks to Apprentice smallholder hiding bike GPS in lego or similar. Ride back was super quick due to failing light and flat battery on rear light.
Tonight circuit training no data as heart monitor broke midway.
Yesterday
Mental 35 mile bike ride, 5 in and back were relatively easy, as in flat, but mid 25 miles had 2300 feet of climb and was a real test in places. Flail hedge trimmer made it even more fun but somehow 12 wheels got through and remain inflated. 2 hours 10 mins, 1100 plus calories, hr av 111 max 159.
