Fat camp

Bit disappointed as only lost another half pound of flab this week, still thats 38.5 pound lighter than in June.

45 mins x trainer

Spin class 45 mins, missed first 15 mins due to booking cock up. Maxed hill drills and tired legs tried to max the sprints. Av hr 145 max 160. 498 cals.
