Man down!

Bad news, nice pocket sized osteopath has insisted that I take at least 48 hours off riding! So had to drop out of tomorrows Red Kite Riders and ease pain in hip caused by too tight something or others with red wine. Fund raising pack from Myeloma UK has arrived and the t shirts match my racing colours. A good sign.

All in a spin

Today....2 x spin sessions...hills drills and sprints... Yesterday 2 x 5 mile fast rides...got my SPDs' back
