wednesday 4x 5 mile bike rides.....1x spinning session....Tuesday rest day...monday skived....Sunday 25 mile bike ride pain in lower back meant short ride intended to do 50 miles...........forget what else...saturday essential bike repairs and new wheel....spin session wednesday.......circuits monday......blah blah blah
