You spin me right round

Medium pace anticlockwise ascent of Bonsai Mountain, descent via the North Face Gully.

Spinning Class, mental behaviour for 50 mins on an exercise bike, av bpm 141 max 163 cals 770, apparently this is me being trendy and a friend text me to ask if I was going to have a skinny latte afterwards which I think is French for a donner kebab.

Back on top

Back from messing around on the beach gave me enough time before sunset to ascend the Bonsai Mountain anti clockwise.
Medium pace, ground zero to summit and back down the suicide side in 34 minutes.
Naturally I had a couple of companions, heres WooZah having a drink.

Work has agreed to to the cycle to work scheme. Means employees get a bike cheap and a tax break. Nice one!

10,000

10,000 is the minimum number of calories consumed today. No training.

What a mistake to make!

No training today. Remembered that yesterday I did 5 mile walk that hardly raised the pulse but did get me out of doors.

Keep watching

Watched  Rugby, England beat Ireland 12-6 . No training. Lots of thinking.

A fresh start...almost

There seems to be a conspiracy to stop me training. This is how I look after a mental training session, the only one in the last 9 days. Broken bikes, lack of time and cash and a heavy work schedule means no real likelihood of proper training for the next 7 either. May sees the BBMC, June the Kington Sportive, and that seems to be the way forward, enrol for sportives or events and hope for the best. 20 weeks or so before the main event! 26 miles mountains  450/470 miles cycle and all in 72 hours. Easy.
